Our Foundation

A Different Kind of Filtration Company

Fiolternik Inc. was founded in 2005 by a team of mechanical engineers and industrial technicians who recognized a gap in the Canadian filtration market. Machine shops and manufacturers across Winnipeg and beyond were working with outdated systems, paying more than necessary for maintenance, and losing production time to preventive shutdowns. We decided to change that.

From our base in Winnipeg, we built a company focused on three core commitments: delivering honest technical expertise, supporting our customers with responsive service, and helping them understand their filtration systems as well as we do. Today, we serve more than 2,400 facilities across Canada—from small fabrication shops to large multinational manufacturers—because they trust us to prioritize their operations over quick sales.
